ⓘ Optional One-Way Flight to Mombasa:
If you would like to book a one-way flight from Nairobi to Mombasa, please email us to request the arrangement. An additional charge will apply, with prices ranging from USD 150 to 190 per person.

ⓘ Passports & Visas:
Visitors need a valid passport (valid for at least six months) and return tickets. Entry visas (ETA) must be obtained online in advance via https://www.etakenya.go.ke/en. If visiting other East African countries, separate visas are required.

ⓘ Entry Requirements:
Visas are required for certain nationalities. Yellow fever and cholera vaccinations are not mandatory but may be recommended. If traveling from a yellow fever-infected area, a vaccination certificate is required.

ⓘ Departure Tax:
Usually included in your airline ticket. If not, it must be paid in foreign currency at the airport.

ⓘ Customs:
Personal items like cameras are allowed without a permit. Large electronic equipment may require a customs bond. Firearms are prohibited unless authorized.

ⓘ Travel Insurance:
Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, baggage loss, and evacuation is mandatory.

ⓘ Health & Vaccinations:
No vaccinations are required, but yellow fever proof is needed if arriving from an infected area. Malaria precautions are advised. Consult your doctor about recommended vaccines and medications before travel. Avoid swimming in stagnant water to prevent Bilharzia.

Drink only bottled or filtered water. Avoid tap water, ice, and raw vegetables in remote areas.

Take standard precautions: avoid carrying large sums of cash, keep valuables in hotel safes, avoid walking alone at night, and be mindful when taking photos, especially near government or military buildings.
